In this update:The passing of Lindsey Webner
So many of you responded with prayers and notes of encouragement to the Webner family these past two weeks -- we are grateful and the Webners are grateful.
It is with profound sadness that we send you this message from the Webner family. We never met Lindsey -- but from all that we read and know about her, this child is an inspirational symbol of courage and love. Our hearts bleed -- our love, admiration, and sympathy go to Lindsey's extraordinary family. May they find comfort in God's love -- they did everything a family could do. And our thoughts turn to Lindsey's 7-year-old sister Alyssa. May God's light shine through Lindsey, giving comfort, courage, and strength to Alyssa always.
Rhoda and Mark B.

From the loving arms of her family, Jesus called his little angel home on July 23, 1999. Since being born in Toledo 9 1/2 years ago , Lindsey touched the lives of more people than most of us can hope to do in a lifetime. Lindsey was a very brave little girl who loves Jesus, her body just was not strong enough for a second transplant.
Lindsey just completed third grade at St. Jerome in Walbridge. Like any third grader, she loved school and her friends, but hated homework.
Those who will forever miss her are her parents, Mark and Denise Webner, her sissy Alyssa. Her grandparents Rossi and Magdalene Giorgi, Neil and Donna Webner. Great Grandmothers Mary Bova and Concetta Giorgi. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the St. Jerome Playground Fund, 300 Warner Street, Walbridge OH. 43465
